You will be
- Carry out statutory testing across our London portfolio: emergency lighting, fire alarm, water temperatures and flushing, fire door inspections, dry risers.
- Log every result the same day — readings, photos, certificates, asset records.
- Flag failures and defects immediately to the team.

About You
- You are a careful and methodical worker, interested in growing your experience in property maintenance
- Experienced with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Basic maths skills.
- An experienced problem solver, you can think outside the box to come up with solutions.
- Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients. You will be representing Reeve in a professional manner.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen.
- Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team.
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required, but Legionella / L8 water hygiene training, Lone Working and Electrical Safety training is preferred.
