We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Baker to help our bakery operations during the overnight hours. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure high-quality baking, smooth workflow, and a safe, efficient working environment while maintaining our standards of excellence. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and contribute to the success of our bakery.
Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week over 5 nights. Days Off: Saturday night, plus 1 other night off each week. Hours: 8pm - 5am
Duties:
- Night-shift bakery production, ensuring all products are baked to specification and delivered on time.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
