We are seeking a Baker to help our bakery operations during the early and daytime hours. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure high-quality baking, smooth workflow, and a safe, efficient working environment while maintaining our standards of excellence. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and contribute to the success of our bakery.
Hours: Full-time / 45 hours over 5 days. Must work Saturday mornings; Sunday plus 1 other day off each week. Early Starts: 3am-4am start time.
Duties:
- Bakery production, ensuring all products are prepared to specification and delivered on time.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
