We are looking for an experienced mid-senior SEO professional with agency experience to join a collaborative and fast-growing team. This role offers real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across a varied client portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll plan and deliver commercially focused SEO strategies, with a strong emphasis on on-page, content, and technical SEO. You'll be curious about the evolving search landscape, particularly the influence of AI, schema, topical authority, and emerging search experiences, and keen to keep learning as the industry changes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and day-to-day delivery of SEO strategies across a range of client accounts.
- Conduct keyword research and map intent to high-converting, user-relevant content strategies.
- Take ownership of on-page and content optimisation, working across landing pages, service pages, and blog content.
- Implement and monitor technical SEO recommendations and fixes (redirects, indexing, crawl budgets, Core Web Vitals, schema).
- Optimise for AI-generated SERP features, answer engines, and search experiences like Google SGE and Bing Copilot.
- Collaborate with content writers and the wider team to ensure output aligns with E-E-A-T principles and topical authority goals.
- Carry out competitor research, content gap analysis, and backlink audits.
- Use SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio to track and report on campaign performance.
- Provide clear, insightful performance reporting that connects rankings and traffic to business outcomes.
- Stay current with SEO trends and developments, especially those involving AI, search behaviour changes, and Google algorithm updates.
- Contribute to idea generation, campaign brainstorming, and problem-solving within a collaborative team environment.
