I’m working with a boutique, independent marketing agency looking for a Digital Design Lead to take ownership of all things design across a growing and varied client portfolio. This is not a “sit back and manage” role, it’s for someone who enjoys being hands-on, shaping creative direction, and being close to both the work and the client.

  • Design Leadership & Project Ownership
    • Define and lead the overall design direction of the agency
    • Lead digital design projects from concept through to launch
    • Own and uphold design quality across all projects
    • Deliver high-performing, visually refined digital experiences
    • Remain hands-on in key projects, particularly at concept and final execution stages
    • Ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within scope
  • UX, UI & Design
    • Lead UX and UI across web projects (user journeys, IA, prototypes, responsive design)
    • Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
    • Ensure a systems-thinking approach across all digital work
    • Champion accessibility, usability, and performance
    • Support campaigns with digital assets
