- Monitoring attendance and behaviour
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Behaviour and Attendance Teams
- Ensuring accurate data is recorded, monitored, and used effectively to promote excellent attendance, punctuality, and behaviour across the school
- Working closely with the SLT, Attendance Officer, Education Welfare Officer (EWO), and Pastoral Support Workers
- Supporting early intervention, tracking student engagement, and helping secure positive outcomes for all students
