Reeson Education are seeking experienced Early Years Workers and Room Leaders to join a well-regarded Early Years setting in Croydon. These are full-time, long-term roles with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

The Role

  • Working within Nursery or Reception (EYFS) supporting children aged 0-5
  • Leading or assisting with your designated room, depending on experience
  • Delivering high-quality, child-centred activities following the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children's learning, play, social development and wellbeing
  • Building strong relationships with children, staff and parents
  • Ensuring safeguarding standards and health & safety procedures are maintained

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
  • Strong experience working within Nursery or EYFS
  • Confident leading a room (for Room Leader applicants)
  • Warm, caring and dependable with a passion for early childhood development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
