Reeson Education are seeking experienced Early Years Workers and Room Leaders to join a well-regarded Early Years setting in Croydon. These are full-time, long-term roles with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
The Role
- Working within Nursery or Reception (EYFS) supporting children aged 0-5
- Leading or assisting with your designated room, depending on experience
- Delivering high-quality, child-centred activities following the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's learning, play, social development and wellbeing
- Building strong relationships with children, staff and parents
- Ensuring safeguarding standards and health & safety procedures are maintained
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- Strong experience working within Nursery or EYFS
- Confident leading a room (for Room Leader applicants)
- Warm, caring and dependable with a passion for early childhood development
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
