The Role

  • Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN (Autism, speech & language, or SEMH experience desirable).
  • Calm, empathetic, and resilient with a positive attitude.

  • Knowledgeable in strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or TEACCH (training available).
