We are looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN & PMLD Support Worker to join our team in Bolton. This is a full-time, immediate start role for someone who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to children with SEN & PMLD.
- Assist with personal care, daily routines, and educational activities.
- Support emotional, social, and behavioural development.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individual plans.
- Maintain accurate records of care, progress, and interventions.
- Be a positive, patient, and empathetic role model for the children you support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN & PMLD.
- Full Adult and Child DBS (essential).
