About the Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for a Year 4/5 pupil with additional needs

  • Adapt classroom activities to suit the child\’s individual learning requirements

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and implement strategies

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom environment
