About the Role
- Assess, plan, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties, including autism and other complex needs.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, and families to implement therapy strategies in the classroom and at home.
- Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, providing professional input and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate progress, adapting therapy approaches as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
- Experience working in an educational or SEN setting (preferred but not essential for newly qualified therapists).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
