We are seeking a Specialist Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in Warrington. About the Role
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Implement tailored strategies and behaviour plans to promote positive learning and engagement.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils develop self-regulation, confidence, and resilience.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
About You
- Experienced in supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional needs (experience in SEMH or PRU settings is desirable).
- Calm, patient, and resilient, with excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
