Are you an experienced Nursery Teacher with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and looking for your next long-term opportunity?
Reeson Education is working with a primary school in Haringey, North London, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team as soon as possible.
The school is keen to trial suitable candidates immediately, so applicants must be available to attend a trial at short notice and ready to start ASAP.
The Role - Nursery Teacher
As a Nursery Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's early development, communication and school readiness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Creating a stimulating, safe and inclusive Nursery environment.
- Supporting children's communication, language, physical and social development.
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
- Establishing positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence.
- Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements - Nursery Teacher
To be considered for this Nursery Teacher position, applicants must have:
- EYFS training and experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Experience teaching or leading learning within a Nursery environment.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- An enthusiastic, nurturing and proactive approach.
- A valid Enhanced DBS.
- Availability to attend a trial ASAP and start at short notice.
The school is looking for a Nursery Teacher who can confidently deliver high-quality Early Years provision and make a positive impact from the outset.
