The role will begin on 3rd November and is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child\’s educational journey. The successful Teaching Assistant will help the student access learning, manage transitions, and develop confidence and independence within the classroom setting. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one classroom support for a pupil with Autism in LKS2. Implement strategies to support engagement, focus, and emotional regulation. Encourage participation in lessons and social interaction with peers. Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team. Support sensory and communication needs where required.
