The school caters to pupils in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, referred by schools or local authorities. With small class sizes (typically 8-12 students) and a nurturing approach, the school places a strong emphasis on pastoral care, mentoring, personal development, and work experience opportunities.
Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in PSHE and Literacy to KS3 and KS4 students
