About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate male SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Richmond upon Thames. This is a mainstream setting where you will be working 1:1 with a child, supporting them throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support the child with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
- Implement strategies from the child's EHCP (if applicable)
- Encourage independence and build confidence
- Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
