The Role Take responsibility for teaching and learning within a Nursery class. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Observe, assess and monitor children s development and progress. Adapt learning to meet a range of individual needs, including SEND and EAL. Work closely with Early Years support staff to ensure children receive high-quality provision. Build positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community. Contribute to planning, assessment and the wider life of the school. The Ideal Nursery Teacher Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience teaching within Nursery or the Early Years Foundation Stage.
