Person Specification
The school is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and innovative History Teacher to be part of a vibrant and supportive department. The successful candidate must be able to ensure high achievement and the most positive outcomes for all students. The school will consider experienced candidates as well as newly qualified teachers (NQT) and has an excellent record of supporting teachers during their induction year.
Job Purpose
- To establish outstanding provision within the History department.
- To be accountable for student progress and development across KS3 & KS4.
- To ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the subject.
- To ensure that all school policies and procedures are implemented and applied consistently by all colleagues in the subject area.
