Reeson Education are supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth, South London who require an enthusiastic Spanish speaking Teaching Assistant (EAL) to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be a fluent Spanish speaker with prior secondary school Teaching Assistant experience, or a graduate looking to pursue a career as a qualified teacher in the future. The role of the EAL Teaching Assistant is to support students with moderate learning difficulties and encourage learning across a variety of subjects and year groups. You should be able to demonstrate successful experience in supporting students with EAL.

- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with students' learning
- Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals
- Assist with the planning of learning activities
