Reeson Education is currently working with a welcoming Sikh school in Southall who are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Reception.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school and make a real difference to a young child's learning and development.
The Role

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception pupil

Support the child's learning, development and engagement

Assist with classroom activities and encourage positive participation

Help develop confidence, independence and social skills

Work closely with the class teacher and wider support team

Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children, ideally within Early Years or Primary
-
Patient, caring and nurturing approach

Excellent communication skills

Able to build a strong relationship with the pupil

Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic

Passionate about supporting children to reach their potential
