A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their specialist ARP (Additional Resource Provision). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children with additional needs in a supportive, well‑resourced environment.

About the Role

  • Lead teaching and learning within the school's ARP, supporting pupils with a range of SEND (commonly ASD, SLCN or MLD depending on the unit)
  • Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet pupils' individual EHCP targets
  • Work closely with a skilled team of support staff, SENCO and therapists
  • Use a range of strategies and interventions to support communication, social development, emotional regulation and academic progress
  • Maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies
  • Ensure the ARP remains a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment

  • Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within an ARP, special school, or small‑group provision

  • A patient, resilient and nurturing practitioner with strong behaviour management
  • Passion and commitment to inclusive education and helping pupils achieve their full potential
