A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their specialist ARP (Additional Resource Provision). This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children with additional needs in a supportive, well‑resourced environment.
About the Role
- Lead teaching and learning within the school's ARP, supporting pupils with a range of SEND (commonly ASD, SLCN or MLD depending on the unit)
- Plan, deliver and adapt lessons to meet pupils' individual EHCP targets
- Work closely with a skilled team of support staff, SENCO and therapists
- Use a range of strategies and interventions to support communication, social development, emotional regulation and academic progress
- Maintain strong relationships with families and external agencies
- Ensure the ARP remains a safe, nurturing and structured learning environment
