A mainstream primary school in Putney is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviour. This is a full-time position, starting immediately.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year\’s experience supporting children with SEN in a UK school setting.

Proven ability to support pupils with complex and challenging behaviour, using effective strategies.

Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete before starting).

Ideally trained in Team Teach / or similar Descalation techniques.

Resilient, empathetic, and able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils.
