We are looking for a Secondary SEN Teacher to join a welcoming SEN school that specialises in supporting pupils with ASD and complex needs in a secondary setting. You will plan and deliver tailored learning that meets each student's individual needs, helping them develop communication, independence, life skills and emotional regulation.

The Role:
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons using a differentiated and adapted secondary curriculum
- Support students with a range of complex needs, including ASD, communication difficulties and sensory needs
- Work closely with therapists and other professionals
- Create a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Lead and work closely with the classroom support team
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience or strong understanding of supporting students with ASD and complex needs
- Secondary school teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
