We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our highly supportive specialist SEN school in Ealing on a permanent basis. This full‑time role supports pupils aged 4–19 with complex physical, medical, and learning difficulties in a highly inclusive environment. You will support learning activities, communication development, personal care, and pupil engagement within small specialist classes.
The ideal candidate is patient, resilient, physically capable, and passionate about supporting children and young people with profound and complex additional needs. We value a proactive, independent worker who can confidently support individuals with personal care and physical learning needs, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils achieve meaningful progress each day.
