As a PE Teacher, you will deliver structured physical education lessons, drive participation through firm routines, and maintain control during high-energy environments. You will reinforce discipline, teamwork, and focus while keeping pupils fully engaged.
Key Responsibilities
- Structured Lessons: Lead PE and fitness sessions with clear expectations
- Routine & Discipline: Maintain control, routines, and boundaries throughout lessons
- Behaviour Management: Apply firm strategies to keep pupils regulated and focused
- Progress Tracking: Monitor engagement, participation, and skill development
- Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with teaching staff, behaviour teams, and leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in PE teaching, coaching, SEMH support, or structured youth settings

- Confidence managing challenging behaviour during physical activity
