A new role has become available in this successful, purpose-built PRU Secondary based in East London. The Head is looking to employ an Maths & Science Teacher to take Key Stage 2/3 Classes.
This PRU Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to make a real difference to the lives of students who are unable to remain in mainstream education. The Role – PRU Teacher of Maths & Science

Secondary-trained PRU Teacher required.

Experience in a Pupil Referral Unit or with students displaying challenging behaviour.

PRU specialises in working with pupils excluded from mainstream education.

Teach small classes (6-8 pupils) with support from specialist teaching assistants.

All students are temporarily or permanently excluded from mainstream education.

Strong behaviour management skills essential.

Must be motivated and passionate about raising standards, improving behaviour, and boosting attainment.
