A well-regarded Primary School in Enfield, North London is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Assistant to join their site team on a full-time basis. This role is available for an immediate start and will run Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm.
The successful Premises Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained at all times. The school is looking for a hands-on individual who is confident using tools, carrying out basic repairs, and responding quickly to site-related issues throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities of the Premises Assistant:
- Carrying out general maintenance and basic repairs
- Using tools safely and effectively
- Supporting with health and safety checks across the site
- Setting up and clearing away equipment for school activities
- Assisting with site security, including locking and unlocking duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of external and internal areas
The ideal candidate will:
