Reeson Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary setting in recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their fantastic team. This permanent, term‐time role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in the school that prides itself on its nurturing environment, and they are seeking a Learning Support Assistant who shares their commitment to putting children at the heart of everything they do. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, including those with Special Educational Needs.

The role includes 1:1 support, small‐group interventions, general classroom assistance, and contributing to a positive and safe learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:
  • Welcoming pupils each morning and helping them transition smoothly into the school day
