Role Responsibilities Support class teachers and teaching assistants in delivering lessons. Provide guidance and support to students with various learning needs. Assist with personal care, moving, and handling, including use of hoists. Work with students with special educational needs, ensuring consistency and continuity. Requirements Reliable, flexible, and creative. Experience supporting children and young adults with diverse needs (PMLD, MLD, ADHD, ASD, etc.). In-date moving and handling training or recent experience preferred. Own transport or close public transport links are advantageous. Genuine desire to make a difference and work as part of a team.
