Reeson Education is recruiting a Pastoral, Welfare and Behaviour Officer to join the Student Services at an Outstanding secondary school in Redbridge.
You will provide day-to-day pastoral support, respond to safeguarding concerns, help pupils manage behaviour and overcome barriers to learning, coordinate support plans and maintain records while liaising with families and external professionals. You will work closely with staff and contribute to inclusive strategies.
