Reeson Education is supporting a specialist PRU in West Drayton in recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Attendance Officer.

You will monitor attendance, identify patterns of absence, and work with parents, carers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The ideal candidate will have prior attendance experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
