A friendly Primary School based in Westminster is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As the heart of the school, the Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the school office. Supervise and provide guidance to administrative support staff. Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff. Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination. Manage the school's communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate student records and assist with enrollment processes. Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping. Process invoices, monitor expenses, and support financial reporting.
- Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences. Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate smooth event execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of school administrative processes is an advantage.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
