Join our Wigan Nursery Team! Are you a passionate early years professional with a love for nurturing little ones? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery in Wigan.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire a small team in our baby room (0-2 years)
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Work in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual needs
  • Ensure all safeguarding and health standards are met

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for child development
