We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our nurturing and vibrant early years setting this September. Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Nurse:
- Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress
- Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
- Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements of a Nursery Nurse:
- A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Passionate about supporting children's learning through play
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
- Strong communication and organisational skills
