Nursery Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference
Location: Ealing
Position: Nursery Manager
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment

  • Lead and support a team of Early Years Practitioners to deliver high-quality practice

  • Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements

  • Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community

  • Manage staffing, budgets, and administrative tasks effectively

  • Promote continuous improvement and professional development across the team

Requirements of this Nursery Manager Role:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred)

  • Proven experience in a senior nursery role (Deputy Manager or Manager)

  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding legislation

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children\’s development
