Reeson Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Northolt to recruit a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a September start. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
The successful candidate will provide PPA cover across EYFS and Key Stage 1, as well as supporting the school's Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP), making previous SEN experience essential.
The Role
- Part-time HLTA (3 days per week)
- September 2026 start
- Working hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Flexible choice of working days (to be agreed at appointment and fixed thereafter)
- Deliver high-quality lessons to cover PPA across EYFS and KS1
- Support pupils within the school's ARP, adapting learning to meet a range of additional needs
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider SEND team

- HLTA qualification is essential
- Previous experience covering whole classes confidently
