A specialist SEND college in Kingston upon Thames is looking for an enthusiastic Community Engagement Officer to become the link between the college, its students and the wider Kingston upon Thames community.
This is a unique opportunity for a Community Engagement Officer who enjoys networking, organising projects and creating meaningful partnerships that help young adults with SEND develop confidence, independence and valuable life experiences.

The Role
As Community Engagement Officer, you'll play a leading role in creating opportunities both inside and outside the college.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing partnerships with businesses, charities and community organisations across Kingston upon Thames
Creating exciting enrichment activities, events and student experiences
Organising educational visits, residential trips and college activities
Encouraging student participation and promoting student voice
Building an alumni community and maintaining relationships with former students
Supporting Student Ambassadors and college events
Working alongside the Marketing Team to celebrate student success and community involvementNo two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to shape new projects that benefit students and strengthen the college's presence within Kingston upon Thames.
