A well-established and inclusive primary school near Oval is seeking a skilled Primary Middle Leader to join their leadership team from September 2026.
The school has a strong community ethos and is known for its consistent approach to behaviour, structured curriculum and focus on pupil progress. Leadership is collaborative and forward-thinking, with clear systems in place to support both teaching and leadership responsibilities.
This role combines class teaching with a TLR responsibility , which could include leading a core subject (such as English or Maths) or driving a whole-school priority area.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality teaching within KS1 or KS2
Leading a subject or phase area across the school
Supporting colleagues through coaching, planning and best practice
Monitoring teaching, learning and pupil outcomes within your area
Contributing to school improvement planning and wider leadership
