A fantastic SEN school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated Post‑16 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full‑time basis from September.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small group assistance to students.
- Adapt learning resources to meet individual student needs.

- Monitor student progress and contribute to record keeping.
- Assist with vocational, life skills and community‑based learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young people or adults with additional needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to learning and development.
- A patient and positive attitude.
- Previous experience with students with SLD, ASD or SEMH desirable but not essential.
