We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Baby Room Leader for a school-based nursery in Barnet (N12).
This role is not suitable for unqualified candidates or those without baby room experience.
- You will lead a small team of 2 practitioners in a busy baby room (9-18 months), ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.
- Minimum 1-2 years nursery experience, ideally with babies.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the baby room.
- Track children's development through observations and learning journeys.
- Act as a key person, building relationships with parents.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards are met at all times.
