A welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets is opening a new specialist provision in September 2026 for pupils with complex and significant additional needs and is seeking up to four Learning Support Assistants to join the team.

The roles will involve supporting pupils with autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs and complex learning needs within a structured and nurturing environment. Staff will work closely with experienced SEN leaders to help pupils access learning and develop independence and communication skills. There may also be opportunities for some staff to begin before September to support transition into the new provision.

  • Providing one-to-one and small group SEN support
