Health and Social Care Teacher

Start Date: February 2026

Contract Type: Full-time

Reeson Education are supporting a secondary school in Sutton who require a Health and Social Care Teacher on a full-time basis from February 2026.

The Role:

The Health and Social Care Teacher will be responsible for providing a friendly, stimulating, and inclusive environment in which every student can develop academically, socially and personally. The successful candidate will be responsible for academic progress and must:

  • Have occupational or vocationally related experience within the field of healthcare e.g. a nursing or healthcare practitioner, a lecturer in the Health Sector etc.
  • Be able to teach T-Level Health, as part of T-Level Health and Health and Social Care studies.
  • An ability to teach BTEC Health and Social Care is advantageous.
  • Committed to improving teaching and learning.
  • Have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Be forward thinking, inspirational, receptive to change and able to work under pressure.
