A growing specialist education provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead a high-performing SEND/SEMH provision in Kings Cross.

As Head of School, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the site, ensuring consistently high standards across teaching, learning, behaviour, safeguarding and operations.
- Lead school improvement strategy and implementation
- Drive high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum delivery
- Manage and develop staff performance and leadership capacity
- Work closely with the Executive Head Teacher and external partners
Senior leadership experience in education (Head of School / Deputy / equivalent) is required, along with a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education.
Based in Kings Cross, this site benefits from excellent transport links and forms part of a growing specialist education network across London.
Full-time, permanent contract (42 weeks) ~40 hours per week.
