Immediate start for graduates from a top London school (outstanding) to work as teaching assistants across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a strong supportive department. This is a full-time position with a salary of £85 - £110 per day.

Graduates will work as teaching assistants in a fantastic school in Central London, supporting pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities include whole class support, small groups, and 1:1 work. The school achieves fantastic results, is well-resourced, and has excellent facilities. These posts can be offered on a part-time basis (3 days a week) to start ASAP. This is a great opportunity to work in an exceptional school.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom.
  • Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
  • Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
