REESON Education is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a primary school on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will cover across EYFS to Year 6, delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupils with varied needs.
The ideal HLTA will hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification, demonstrate strong behaviour management, and adapt easily to different year groups. This is a Monday–Friday role with ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.
