Graduate teaching assistants are required to work in a fantastic school in Central London, supporting pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4. The role involves whole class support, small groups, and 1:1 work. The school achieves excellent results and is well-resourced with state-of-the-art facilities.

This position can be offered on a part-time basis (3 days a week) and is available to start ASAP. It is a great opportunity to work in an exceptional school that is keen to review graduate teaching assistant CVs and conduct interviews promptly.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom.
  • Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
  • Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
