We are seeking a confident and experienced Baby Room Leader to join a school adjacent Nursery in Barnet (N12) or an experienced nursery practitioner ready to step up and take charge of a team of 2 in a busy baby room. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room, supporting both children and staff in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Key Requirements for this Baby Room Lead role:

  • CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
  • Proven experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Previous experience leading a room or supporting room leadership (desirable)
