Immediate start in West London at an outstanding school as an attendance and behaviour administrator for Key Stages 3 and 4. Work closely on monitoring attendance and behaviour. Interviews/trials ASAP. Must have school-based experience. Full Time, 37.5 Hours per Week, Term Time + INSET Days. Salary £(Apply online only) per day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Attendance and behaviour administrator for an outstanding school in West London. To provide high-quality administrative support to the Behaviour and Attendance Teams, ensuring that accurate data is recorded, monitored, and used effectively to promote excellent attendance, punctuality, and behaviour across the school. The postholder will work closely with the SLT, Attendance Officer, Education Welfare Officer (EWO), and Pastoral Support Workers to support early intervention, track student engagement, and help secure positive outcomes for all students. The school is keen to look over attendance and behaviour administrator CVs ASAP and meet candidates for a paid trial.

  • Communicate with parents and carers of pupils in regard to absence, when necessary.
  • Work with the wider team to effectively resolve issues that cause pupils absences.
  • Contact the Local Authority when needed.

REQUIREMENTS
