A prestigious and highly regarded independent school in Kensington is seeking an experienced and inspirational Deputy Head (Pastoral) to join its senior leadership team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional educational leader to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the pastoral provision within a thriving school community.

The successful candidate will be a compassionate, visible and forward-thinking leader with a genuine passion for pupil wellbeing, safeguarding and creating an environment where every child can flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team, the Deputy Head (Pastoral) will lead on all aspects of pastoral care and pupil wellbeing, helping to maintain the school's outstanding standards and nurturing ethos.
