About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team in Chiswick. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a child with additional needs, ensuring they can thrive and make the best possible progress in a nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a child in EYFS, both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
- Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for the child
- Liaise with parents, carers, and outside professionals where appropriate
